TRANSITION MEETING: Upon approval, the Account Manager transitions the job to the Production Team and schedules an internal pre-con meeting with the Project Manager and Superintendent.

SCHEDULING: Once the project has been transitioned, the Project Manager assigned will communicate all scheduling details for the project.

ON-SITE MEETING: Before construction begins, an on-site pre-construction meeting takes place with the client, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent.

QUALITY CONTROL: The Superintendent and Crew Chief ensure quality control with multiple checkpoints. All crew members act professionally and maintain a safe environment with proper PPE.

CLOSE OUT CREW: The Close Out Crew conducts a final cleaning, removes barricades, power washes, seals joints, completes striping, and sends construction photos.
