ESTIMATE PROCESS: The Account Manager and Estimator review the project to estimate materials, labor, equipment, and all other variables.

TRANSITION MEETING: Upon approval, the Account Manager transitions the job to the Production Team and schedules an internal pre-con meeting with the Project Manager and Superintendent.

SCHEDULING: Once the project has been transitioned, the Project Manager assigned will communicate all scheduling details for the project.

ON-SITE MEETING: Before construction begins, an on-site pre-construction meeting takes place with the client, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent.

CLOSE OUT CREW: The Close Out Crew conducts a final cleaning, removes barricades, power washes, seals joints, completes striping, and sends construction photos.
