We commit to schedule the work according to your needs. We’ll provide you the final schedule within days of receiving a contract (or as required) in a format that you can easily forward to your tenants, stakeholders, other trades, etc.
MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND TIDY JOB SITE
We commit to maintain a clean job site during and after every project. We understand it’s not just the quality of the work that’s important, but also how it looks.
COMMUNICATE BEFORE, DURING, & AFTER THE PROJECT

CLOSE OUT THE JOB IN 5 DAYS
We commit to pick up barricades within 5 days of the work being completed (after the minimum cure time) or according to schedule and to complete all punch-list/close-out items on time.
WORK SAFELY AND PROTECT THE JOB SITE
We commit to wear PPE and follow all safety protocols while properly barricading and protecting the surrounding area. We know how important it is to work safely while protecting people & property from damage.
QUALITY CONTROL AND JOB PICTURES

ASSESSMENT: An Account Manager provides a scope of work or takeoff through an on site assessment or set of plans.

ESTIMATE PROCESS: The Account Manager and Estimator review the project to estimate materials, labor, equipment, and all other variables.

PROPOSAL PROCESS: A detailed and informative proposal is presented to help outline and educate our client on all options and variables for the project.

TRANSITION MEETING: Upon approval, the Account Manager transitions the job to the Production Team and schedules an internal pre-con meeting with the Project Manager and Superintendent.

SCHEDULING: Once the project has been transitioned, the Project Manager assigned will communicate all scheduling details for the project.

ON-SITE MEETING: Before construction begins, an on-site pre-construction meeting takes place with the client, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent.

COMMUNICATION: The Project Manager and Superintendent stay on top of communication before, during, and after—ensuring our team and clients are always updated.

QUALITY CONTROL: The Superintendent and Crew Chief ensure quality control with multiple checkpoints. All crew members act professionally and maintain a safe environment with proper PPE.

CLOSE OUT CREW: The Close Out Crew conducts a final cleaning, removes barricades, power washes, seals joints, completes striping, and sends construction photos.

ACCOUNTING: Accounting ensures all documents and invoicing are processesed accurately and on time.
