Fire Lane Striping in Dallas

Colt Concrete provides professional fire lane striping in Dallas for commercial properties, parking lots, retail centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, and other sites. Clearly marked fire lanes help identify areas that must remain available for emergency access. Our team provides fire lane painting and restriping to help property owners maintain visible, durable markings and keep restricted areas clearly identified.

Clear Fire Lane Markings for Emergency Access

Fire lanes serve an important purpose by providing designated access for fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Dallas Fire-Rescue guidance requires approved striping or signage to identify fire apparatus access roads and prevent obstruction. When striping is used, Dallas guidance calls for red traffic-paint boundary lines with white fire lane lettering at specified intervals. Colt Concrete can help maintain these markings so fire lanes remain easy to recognize throughout your property.

Fire Lane Painting and Curb Striping

Fire lane markings may include painted pavement boundaries, curb painting, and stenciled lettering that clearly identifies no-parking areas. When a curb is present, Dallas guidance specifies marking both the vertical and horizontal faces of the curb. Our team can refresh faded curb markings and pavement striping to improve visibility and provide a consistent appearance across the property.

Fire Lane Restriping for Commercial Properties

Sun exposure, vehicle traffic, weather, and routine pavement maintenance can cause fire lane markings to fade over time. Faded markings can make restricted areas less visible and may create concerns during property inspections. Colt Concrete provides restriping services for existing fire lanes, helping property managers restore clear markings without unnecessary disruption to normal business operations.

Professional Pavement Markings for Your Dallas Property

Fire lane striping is often part of a larger parking lot marking project. In addition to fire lanes, Colt Concrete can provide parking stall lines, directional arrows, crosswalks, loading zones, and other pavement markings needed to organize vehicle and pedestrian traffic. We can coordinate the work to create a consistent layout across your commercial property and help maintain a clean, professional appearance.
