Fire Lane Striping in Fort Worth

Colt Concrete provides professional fire lane striping in Fort Worth for commercial properties, retail centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, multifamily communities, and other sites. Clearly visible fire lane markings help identify areas that must remain accessible to emergency vehicles. Our team provides new fire lane painting and restriping services to help property owners maintain clear, durable markings throughout their property.

Keep Emergency Access Areas Clearly Marked

Fire apparatus access roads must remain identifiable and free from obstructions. Fort Worth fire code guidance requires approved striping or signs for designated fire apparatus roads and states that markings must be maintained in a clean and legible condition. Faded or damaged markings may need to be repaired or replaced to maintain adequate visibility. Colt Concrete can refresh worn pavement markings and help keep designated fire lanes clearly recognizable.

Fort Worth Fire Lane Painting and Curb Marking

Fire lane striping can include painted boundaries, curb markings, and pavement lettering that clearly communicates no-parking restrictions. Fort Worth’s fire lane guidance specifies red traffic-paint boundary lines and white lettering along the fire lane. Where a curb is present, the required striping is applied to the vertical face of the curb. Our team can restore faded curb paint and pavement markings to create a clear, consistent fire lane throughout your property.

Fire Lane Restriping for Existing Properties

Even properly marked fire lanes can become difficult to see after years of sun exposure, traffic, weather, and routine property use. Restriping restores visibility without requiring major changes to the existing parking lot. Colt Concrete can refresh faded fire lane borders and lettering on established commercial properties while coordinating the work around your property’s operating schedule.

Fire Lane Markings for Commercial and Multifamily Properties

Large properties often have multiple access routes, parking areas, loading zones, and pedestrian paths that need to work together without blocking emergency access. Clear fire lane markings help distinguish restricted areas from normal parking spaces and driving lanes. Colt Concrete works with property managers, owners, and contractors to provide pavement markings that fit the existing site layout and support a clean, organized parking area.

Professional Fire Lane Striping in Fort Worth

Colt Concrete brings decades of paving and pavement maintenance experience to fire lane striping projects throughout Fort Worth. Whether your property needs new markings or an existing fire lane has faded over time, our team can help restore clear and durable pavement markings. We focus on quality workmanship, dependable scheduling, and solutions that help commercial properties maintain safe and functional access areas.

Colt provides concrete and asphalt paving projects & repair services to commercial/retail/industrial property managers, owners and general contractors in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.
