The Colt Concrete & Asphalt SMS Notifications Program provides customers and prospective customers with important service-related communications, including but not limited to:

• Job confirmations and scheduling updates
• Project status notifications
• Responses to inquiries or quote requests
• Customer support and service-related messages

Messages are strictly informational and transactional in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with Colt Concrete & Asphalt, such as appointment scheduling, project updates, or support requests. You may receive multiple messages per project or inquiry.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Colt Concrete & Asphalt is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.

Opt-In Consent

Customers opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Colt Concrete & Asphalt through verbal consent provided directly to a Colt Concrete & Asphalt sales representative.

Verbal opt-in is recorded and managed internally within Colt Concrete & Asphalt’s secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. Each contact record is flagged with an opt-in value indicating consent to receive messaging communications. Access to opt-in records is restricted to authorized personnel and is protected behind an authenticated login to the Dynamics 365 application.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions
